Assist IT Service Desk engineer for the day to day IT support.
?Ensures that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service.
?Provides remote or hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction.
?Mobile device support for users, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc.
?Network support for users, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc.
?Video conference support for users.
?Performs other relevant duties as assigned by line manager.
NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具备的知识和技能
?Windows 10 / 7, Office365 applications, especially Word, Excel skills will be preferred;
?Ability to resolve problems independently.
?Communication skills, cross organization teaming
?Customer-oriented and positive working style
?Excellent spoken and written in English
?College or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
?1+ years of IT related experience in IT Support and service area will be plus.
